Job Description
The Staff Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasounds and additional required imaging modalities within the designated department. Examinations are conducted independently, under physician supervision, and with peer collaboration as appropriate. In addition to imaging responsibilities, the Staff Sonographer also mentors and educates team members at various levels. The Staff Sonographer possesses all necessary credentials relevant to the departmental role and meets applicable time and experience requirements for the position.

Must-Haves
- Advanced Certification - ARDMS OB/GYN Certified.
- Graduation from an accredited diagnostic Sonography program.
- Minimum of 6 months of scanning experience outside of clinicals, including OB/GYN.
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) experience preferred.
- Team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to critically assess and make decisions while scanning.
