Position : Direct Hire
Location : Chesterfield, MO.
Schedule : M – F (8 to 5).
Remote : Hybrid.
Salary : $85K - $109K (Depending on experience).
Status : Must be a US citizen.

As a Power Platform Senior Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and optimizing Power Platform solutions to address real business challenges. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering client success. You’ll mentor junior team members, lead development initiatives, and ensure the solutions you deliver are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Technical skills are important, but we also value your soft skills, attention to detail, and your motivation to adopt new skills to solve problems for our clients. Every project is different and may require you to develop a degree of expertise in all areas of the Power Platform.
Job D uties :
- Collaborate with project leads and business analysts to understand documented features, detailed user stories, and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
- Deliver high-quality work from the project backlog, ensuring timely completion and actively participating in backlog refinement sessions to optimize priorities.
- Ensure solution reliability by proactively identifying potential defects and performing in-depth testing to guarantee performance and maintainability.
- Stay current with advancements in the Power Platform and keep certifications up to date, ensuring you bring the latest skills to client projects.
- Support go-live implementations, including tasks such as data migration, user acceptance testing, and solution handoff, to ensure a seamless client transition.
- Mentor and lead junior developers, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to promote skill development and teamwork.
- Adapt to new technologies and project needs, maintaining flexibility to learn and integrate new systems as required by client projects.
