Role Overview
As a key member of our aviation team in Minneapolis, MN, the Airport Civil Engineer will play a crucial role in the design and construction administration of airport-related projects. Responsibilities include :
- Designing Aviation Engineering Projects : Leading and contributing to the design of various aviation projects.
- Analyzing and Preparing Reports : Analyzing data and preparing detailed engineering design reports, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
- Client Interactions : Assisting with interactions and communications with aviation clients to ensure their needs are met.
- QA / QC Tasks : Performing quality assurance and quality control tasks to maintain high standards.
- Project Management Support : Assisting with project management tasks, providing support to ensure project milestones are met.
- Onsite Engineering : Serving as the onsite project engineer during construction projects.
- Regulatory Compliance : Reading and interpreting FAA Advisory Circulars, geotechnical reports, and survey data to inform project designs.
A valid driver's license and some travel will be required, enabling direct engagement with project sites and stakeholders.
