Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) - Flow Cytometry
Vista, CA
Fulltime Direct hire. 57-69 / hr.
Talentry is looking for a Certified CLS with has complex testing backgrounds to fill a M-F 11 AM - 7 : 30 PM shift. This company is growing, and offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits (such as 4-weeks PTO, bonus, 5% 401k match, etc.
This role is perfect for CLS scientists with solid troubleshooting experience who is comfortable leading / training lab technicians. This person must be comfortable working in a high-volume lab. Previous flow cytometry experience is nice, but not a must-have.
This person will set up and operate flow cytometry equipment and run tests from pre-analytical to reporting. He or she will follow troubleshooting procedures and address system issues while operating the flow cytometers (and other equipment such as cell washers, strip washers, and centrifuges.
This role is most appropriate for CLS Generalists at the CLS II level.
Requirements
Must be able to work Monday to Friday full time from 11 AM until 7 : 30 PM onsite.
BS and 4 years of experience (or MS and 2 years of experience) or more.
Experience must be in a CLIA / CAP environment.
Flow Cytometry, Hematology, Immunophenotyping, or similar experiences are preferred.
Must be able to use standard office software.
Must have excellent documentation and communication experience.
