Account Executive (Senior Care - Healthcare Referral

Our rapidly expanding healthcare organization is seeking dynamic and results-oriented
Account Executives to join our team across the United States. In this role, you
will serve as a vital link between our company, healthcare facilities, and the
families they serve. Your primary focus will be to cultivate relationships with
healthcare professionals, generate leads, and facilitate the placement of
patients into appropriate senior care communities or in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve
Monthly Quota: Successfully meet or exceed monthly targets for
qualified patient referrals and placements by actively engaging with
assigned accounts.
- Relationship
Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key
stakeholders within hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other
healthcare organizations.
- Lead
Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business
opportunities within your territory through networking, cold calling, and
presentations.
- Referral
Management: Follow up on all referrals to ensure positive
outcomes and reinforce the value of our services to referral sources.
- Family
Education: Provide guidance and support to families, educating
them about their senior care options and assisting them in navigating the
decision-making process.
- Collaboration: Work
closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure a seamless
transition for patients into their chosen care setting.
- Process
Improvement: Participate in pilot programs and provide feedback
on new initiatives and tools to enhance our sales and referral processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven
Success: 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospice or
home health care strongly preferred.
- Relationship
Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with
the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated
ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter: Highly
motivated and independent with a strong work ethic and a proactive
approach to problem-solving.
- Industry
Knowledge: Familiarity with the senior care industry, including
hospice and home health services, is preferred.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $80K-$90K depending on location and experience.
- Lucrative
Commission Structure: Earn up to $125K in total compensation
based on performance.

Earning Potential: Estimated total compensation of $115K in the
first year.
