What We Do Here :
At Power, we build our own suite of applications to run our entire business. This includes solutions for finance, recruiting, sales, contact center, real-time chat, and even software for meetings. We also create consumer software and have our own successful Design System called Playbook. We design solutions for in-home 3D visualizations, augmented reality, satellite & aerial photo measurements, and artificial intelligence suggestion engines.

Qualifications :
- MUST PROVIDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant design discipline, certification from a credible boot camp, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to design projects across the entire product lifecycle and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with design systems, prototyping, and supporting the development process.
- A deep understanding of user problems to create elegant but practical solutions.
- Nice to have : Experience with front-end development, Ruby on Rails, and / or React.js.
