Anticipated starting annual salary: $45,000-48,500

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide adoption and guardianship support services as needed.
- Assist clients in developing parenting skills, discipline techniques, communication strategies, and conflict resolution skills.
- Support clients in employment readiness and maintenance when necessary.
- Offer case management and coordination of educational, vocational, and other community resources.
- Facilitate court appearances and advocate for clients as needed.
- Provide consistent home visits based on client needs and referral source guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, reports, and case progress.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.
- Complete all required continuing education and training to maintain best practices in service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in evidence-based practices).
- 18 months of experience in adoption, guardianship, or child welfare.
- Strong ability to assess client needs and develop structured, goal-oriented plans.
- Passion for empowering families and promoting self-sufficiency.
- Willingness to travel locally for home visits and client meetings.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
