We are seeking an experienced Banking Center Manager in Warsaw, IN, responsible for daily operations, profitability, and staff supervision. You'll work closely with leadership to set branch goals, oversee compliance, and lead sales efforts for bank products and services. Your expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and team motivation will be essential as you guide staff and handle complex client transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure profitability
- Lead weekly / monthly sales meetings and implement bank policies
- Manage risk, compliance, and financial losses within guidelines
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff to achieve goals
- Drive sales of bank products to deepen customer relationships
- Represent the bank in the community and participate in local events
Compensation : $60,000 to $75,000 annually
Experience / Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Travel : Ability to travel for meetings and projects as needed.
