Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead the financial reporting and compliance efforts. The Corporate Controller will ensure accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, oversee internal controls, and coordinate audits. This role involves managing all aspects of the general ledger and financial reporting for multiple entities, both domestic and international.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements comply with GAAP and corporate policies.
- Oversee the consolidated general ledger, financial records, reconciliations, and reports for all entities.
- Coordinate audit processes and fulfill reporting requirements for internal, external, and tax purposes.
- Manage cash forecasting, daily banking functions, and sales commission calculations.
- Prepare detailed sales reports by customer, territory, and product line.
- Track and report environmental matters and intercompany transactions.
- Support system enhancements, data conversions, and information sharing with the parent company.
- Lead and develop a team of corporate accounting staff.

Compensation : $120,000-145,000 bonus (and relocation assistance)
