A well-established government contractor is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role is a key part of the FP&A team, working closely with senior leadership to ensure financial controls, cost pool management, and accurate reporting. The position provides significant exposure to executive decision-making and financial data modeling.

- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting for leadership.
- Manage annual budgeting and forecast consolidation.
- Lead indirect cost forecasting and cost pool reconciliation.
- Maintain and configure CostPoint financial structures, including GL accounts, organizational setups, and financial statements.
- Develop ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership.
- Provide expertise in CostPoint and Cognos to optimize financial reporting and data analysis.
- Strong expertise in Deltek CostPoint and Cognos.
- Deep understanding of indirect rates, cost pools, cost allocations, and government contracting structures.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and FAR regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, data queries).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of FP&A, project control, or accounting experience.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
