Salary : $140,000 - $170,000 (Based on experience)

Our client, a large electrical sub-contractor, is seeking a Bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects for data centers and other mission-critical infrastructure. This position will take full responsibility for project execution, from planning and budgeting to scheduling, site management, and client relations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical contracting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and according to all quality and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns in both English and Spanish throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project estimates, proposals, work plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, managing project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, including OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Mentor and lead project managers, assistant project managers, and trade professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient project team.
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation related to project status, risks, and financial performance.
- Continuously look for process improvements to streamline operations and enhance project delivery.
