What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead Teams to Success: Direct and coordinate diverse teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Manage Project Details: Oversee tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Control Budgets: Develop detailed cost analyses and create accurate budgets from initial estimates.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential challenges, develop strategies to address them, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.
- Act as Liaison: Maintain clear and effective communication between teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold federal, state, and local regulations while adhering to industry standards and company protocols.

What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 5 years of recent project management experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Expertise in commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar roofing projects (a strong project portfolio is a significant plus).
- Familiarity with government reroofing projects (bonus).
- Proficiency in tools such as Edge Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
