What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining our commitment to quality and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning & Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Leadership: Guide project teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
- Communication: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster clear and consistent communication.
- Problem Solving: Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, adjustments, and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor, with expertise in K-12 school projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, paired with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools.
