Key Responsibilities
Review project documents, contracts, and specifications.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and change orders.
Manage materials and communicate with field teams and vendors.
Assist with reports, schedules, and financial tracking.
Develop leadership skills to train and manage project engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
3 years of commercial drywall project experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to commute or relocate to Beltsville, MD.
