Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial drywall projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure project alignment.
- Perform detailed take-offs and prepare estimates for drywall materials and labor.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review change orders, project reports, and financial projections.
- Collaborate with field teams to manage schedules, production, and job-related challenges.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in business development and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial drywall projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods specific to drywall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- A criminal background check and a signed Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement are required.
