Position: Commercial Drywall Estimator
Location: Charlotte, NC

- Analyze and interpret plans and specifications to create accurate proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Ensure compliance with local, city, and state building codes.
- Oversee and train project engineers and assistant estimators to ensure team growth.
- Continuously enhance knowledge across product lines, including drywall, acoustics, doors/frames/hardware, and specialties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Estimator or 5–7 years overall estimating experience.
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff software with at least 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Strong ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
- A criminal background check is required.
- Candidates will need to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
- Ability to commute to or relocate near Beltsville, MD, is essential.
