THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a superintendent/managerial role
- College Diploma or Tradesman
- Ability to work well in a team environment, and offer leadership to staff and subtrades
- Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and knowledge of scheduling software, plumbing code and estimating is an asset
- High level technical understanding, as it relates to Construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with crews, trades and suppliers
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, as it relates to the Construction industry
- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and trade contractor’s scope
- Good natured management in a supportive growth environment
