The Role:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards
- Lead and mentor production team members
- Implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement
- Experience in the food industry is a must.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- A background in Mechanical Engineering is a strong asset.
