Location : Richmond, Virginia

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000

Required :  ICI Project experience $30M project value

Our client

Respected General Contractor specializing in commercial, senior living, healthcare, education, and municipal projects. Our projects range from $1.5 million to over $100 million, and we pride ourselves on delivering quality work that makes a difference in our communities. We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in managing K-12 school projects to join their supportive team in Richmond, VA.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining our commitment to quality and collaboration. Key responsibilities include :

• Planning & Oversight :  Manage all aspects of construction projects, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Leadership :  Guide project teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Communication :  Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster clear and consistent communication.
• Problem Solving :  Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Reporting :  Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, adjustments, and outcomes.
