Position Overview:
The Safety Compliance Officer will ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards, conduct safety training, and foster a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with 5 years of construction safety experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety programs (OSHA 1926/1910).
- Conduct audits, inspections, and training (bilingual).
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and ensure compliance.
- 5 years of construction safety experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour or CSP preferred.
