Position Summary:
We are looking for a Safety Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Safety Management on commercial and institutional ground-up projects. The role includes overseeing safety programs, conducting audits, assisting Superintendents, and delivering safety training. Experience with DISD projects, active OSHA 30, 510, 500 certifications, and Spanish fluency are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
- Conduct training and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Perform site inspections and maintain safety documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote safety.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of safety management experience with a general contractor.
- Experience with DISD (Dallas Independent School District) projects preferred.
- OSHA 30, 510, and 500 certifications.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
