Your Impact:
As a Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager, you will:
- Develop and refine budgets, estimates, and proposals with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Solve challenges with innovative solutions to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule goals.
- Mentor and inspire teams while building long-lasting client relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices in electrical preconstruction.
- Work on high-stakes data center and mission-critical projects, demonstrating your expertise in complex environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A strong background in electrical preconstruction, estimating, and project planning.
- Expertise: Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, or ConEst software is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver results under pressure.
- Mission Critical Knowledge: Experience in data center or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
- Hands-On Experience: Construction experience is a plus.
- Drive for Excellence: A passion for exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Familiarity with Accubid or ConEst Estimating Software.
- On-Site, Mission Critical Project Experience.
- Hands-On Construction Experience.
