What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will:
- Lead Projects with Precision: Develop estimates, project plans, and timelines while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet design expectations.
- Foster Client Relationships: Work directly with clients to meet their expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients to expand our portfolio.
- Oversee Teams: Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution on-site.
- Ensure Excellence: Visit project sites, address issues, and implement innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide team members and junior staff to achieve their full potential.
- Prioritize Safety: Enforce job site safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Stay at the Forefront: Attend industry and community events to keep up with trends and opportunities.
- Handle the Details: Manage project finances, billing, collections, and prepare Change Management Forms and MOPs.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Unlimited Electrical License is mandatory.
- Proven experience in electrical contracting project management with a solid understanding of electrical installations.
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with billing and collections.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety with OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to complete it within the first year).
- College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license.
- 8 years of experience managing mission-critical projects (data centers, healthcare, etc.).
- Expertise in tools like Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, and on-screen takeoff.
