What You’ll Do
- Lead diverse teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and with precision.
- Oversee all project tasks, assigning roles and responsibilities to team members.
- Create detailed cost analyses and develop accurate budgets based on estimates.
- Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Act as the main liaison between your team, clients, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company protocols.
- Discover cost-saving opportunities to improve project efficiency and results.
- Conduct post-project financial analysis to evaluate performance metrics and bid success.
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- 5 years of recent project management experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Hands-on expertise with roofing systems like single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal roofing (preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects (having a detailed project portfolio is a big plus).
- Knowledge of government reroofing projects (a bonus!).
- Proficiency with tools like Edge Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
