Sr. Roofing Project Manager - Commercial Roofing
Location: Laurel, MD (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year Bonuses

What You’ll Do
Manage Large-Scale Projects
- Oversee roofing, waterproofing, and restoration projects valued at $5M or more.
- Focus on occupied and mission-critical facilities like hospitals, schools, and government buildings.
- Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements.
- Coordinate teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution.
- Assess project risks, create mitigation strategies, and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
What You Bring
Experience
- 5 years managing large-scale commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
- Hands-on expertise with TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
- Familiarity with waterproofing and complex building envelope restoration.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore, Edge Estimating, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Experience minimizing disruption in occupied facility projects.
- OSHA 30/500 certifications (required).
- EM 385 or LEED certifications are a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
