We are looking for 1 TEAM LEADER to join our CEBU team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The VA will also assist with account management and provide support to the clients.
Qualifications (Non Negotiable) : At least 2-3 years Supervisory experience in a BPO / KPO set-upProven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO / KPO setupExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in writing report and business correspondencesStrong interpersonal skillsCustomer Oriented Experience with the following is a plus : E-commerce / Travel AccountReal Estate / Property ManagementStrong interpersonal skillsAccounting / Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Responsibilities : Monitors team performance and oversees day-to-day operationsMaintains an in-depth knowledge of account / sProvides feedback and coaching to a team of Virtual AssistantsProvides weekly or bi-weekly performance coachingDrives performance, motivates and reinforces teamworkCommunicates relevant information to the team on a timely basisConducts up-training on process and policies update as neededMonitors and evaluates phone calls and emails for quality assuranceProvide feedback and quality evaluation coaching weeklyConducts annual performance reviewsConducts 4th and 5th-month assessment to probationary employeesProvides team performance reports and analysisConducts employee performance review with Ops ManagerRecognizes high performance and rewards accomplishments
