What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Program position at TalentSync?
In this inbound call role, you will receive a competitive base salary and bonuses based on your sales performance. You will be responsible for consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching them with the correct coverages, products, and benefits. Training classes will prepare you for the role, and we will pay for and support you in obtaining the required state insurance licenses. No prior license is required to start in the role.

Required Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Must be currently in the final year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree, or have obtained a Bachelor's degree no more than 24 months prior to the position start date, from an accredited college/university. The degree must be obtained prior to the start of employment.
Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, both now and in the future. (Candidates requiring H-1B, TNs, or F-1 students with practical training will not be considered.)

Experience: Work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or health insurance.
Compensation:
First-Year Earnings: Average first-year annual earnings are $60K, consisting of base salary plus sales commissions.
