We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Generalist to support our growing TikTok Creator Network. As a key member of the team, you will build and nurture a thriving, inclusive, and innovative work environment, empowering our creators and employees to excel. You will lead HR initiatives, manage talent acquisition, enhance onboarding and retention processes, and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Pay Rate : $25 / hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs for the TikTok Creator Network.
Develop job descriptions, post openings, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for creator-focused roles.
Build partnerships with TikTok creators, influencers, and professionals to create a strong talent pipeline.
2. Onboarding and Training
Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new creators and employees seamlessly.
Design and implement training programs on platform best practices, trends, and compliance.
3. Employee Relations and Support
Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from creators and employees.
Mediate and resolve conflicts while fostering positive relationships.
Provide resources to support mental health, well-being, and work-life balance.
4. Performance Management
Develop performance evaluation systems tailored to creators and support teams.
Identify growth opportunities, providing actionable feedback and development plans.
5. Culture and Engagement
Promote a culture of inclusion, creativity, and respect across the network.
Organize team-building activities and initiatives to strengthen collaboration.
6. Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, contracts, and creator-specific regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures for the creator economy.
7. Compensation and Benefits
Oversee payroll and ensure fair, competitive compensation aligned with industry standards.
Manage benefits programs to support creator and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
Essential :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of HR experience, preferably in digital media, entertainment, or creator economy sectors.
H1B Visa Experience : Proven experience with H1B visa processing and compliance
Strong understanding of TikTok s platform and creator ecosystem.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred :
Experience working with content creators, influencers, or creative teams.
Familiarity with TikTok trends and culture.
HR certification (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
