More than just a Job
As a Pool Service Technician, your day will be filled with various tasks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our clients' pools and spas. This includes :
Servicing a growing route with exceptional customer service.Brushing, sweeping, and vacuuming pool and spa interiors.Balancing chemicals and cleaning skimmers, pump baskets, and filters.Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment.Securing pool systems and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area.Performance Expectations :
Service at least 10 pools per day.Aim for 5-star customer reviews and actively seek new customers.Participate in our referral program and seize bonus opportunities through new account acquisition and high review scores.Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Responsibilities
To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.Provide professional pool & spa cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment, including vehicle presentation, adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.Maintain and service the motor vehicle and pool care equipment. Report vehicle maintenance needed.Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain a stock register and required tools to undertake services.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.Attend all training sessions, staff meetings, and activities as requested to remain up to date on all innovations in the business so that the service provided is always best practice.Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults.Identify poolside opportunities for upselling / sales opportunities.What You'll Need
Mon-Fri show up between 6 : 30AM-7 : 30AM, Occasional Saturdays when there are major holidays midweek.High school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License for at least 2 years, 21 years of agePass a Background Check and Drug TestProvide the Department of Motor Vehicle's record if selected for an interview.Ability to lift or carry up to 50 LBSBe proficient in computer and smartphone use.Be able to communicate well with clients and fellow workers.Comfortable working as a team member that helps and supports one another.Excellent problem-solving skills ability.Ability to work overtime as needed.Self-motivatedReliableGood attendance recordHiring Process :
