You'll oversee the development of a sales and marketing plan that includes soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking. Successful Candidates Must Have : High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field is a plus At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality Good organization and time management skills Some previous work experience in a hospitality role required Exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate and network effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs Exceptional interpersonal skills and human relation skills that positively benefit interaction with staff, partners, and external clientele Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must be detail-oriented, able to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
