Job Summary
The Sr. Associate – ALM Tools Support will be part of the Direct Delivery (DPO COE) organization, supporting
engineering project teams in ALM tool rollouts, configurations, user support, and training. The ideal
candidate should be experienced in software support models with strong troubleshooting and user
communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for ALM tools, including troubleshooting issues.
- Manage user accounts, create new projects, and customize Quality Center (QC) / ALM / Octane.
- Monitor tool usage and generate reports.
- Assist in deploying and configuring new tool suites.
- Develop scripts for tool automation and repetitive tasks.
- Extract charts, dashboards, and audit reports from ALM tools.
- Coordinate with IT teams for tool rollouts and upgrades.
- Perform administrative tasks, patch implementations, and migration of projects.
- Ensure system monitoring and proactive management of centralized shared tool services.
- Customize project workflows, user roles, and dashboards.
- Develop best practices and provide end-user training.
- Support configuration managers and engineering teams in tool integration and reporting.
