Immediate opening for a Fire and Security Systems Service / Installation Technician in Riverside, CA who possesses :
- 3-5 years of experience in servicing and installing fire and burglar alarms
- Proficiency with Silent Knight, Notifier, DMP, & Bosch
- Hands-on Experience with Notifier systems, access control (Lenel and / or S2), and SQL database administration.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control
- Preferred experience in commercial projects, with a strong understanding of large-scale security and fire protection systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for :
Installation and / or Service of Security and Fire Alarms, Access Control, and CCTVDemonstrate communication and teamwork skills with customers, co-workers and subcontractors to express ideas and technical concepts to problem solveMaintain accurate records of all work performed, material used and communicates any problem encountered or identified with the alarm systemAbility to organize workload effectively and work with a sense of urgencyExcels in problem solving and demonstrates the ability to multi taskMaintaining customer satisfaction by executing well-thought-out and planned installation of systemsEstablishing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent support and service response timesThorough knowledge of product lines and staying current with technologyMaintains a regular and punctual attendanceAccepts assignments with an open and positive attitudeThe selected candidate will also possess :
Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipmentMount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect componentsDemonstrate systems for customers, explain details such as causes and consequences of false alarmsTest and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specificationsFeed cables through access holes, roof spaces, or cavity walls to reach fixture outlets, positioning and terminating cables, wires, or strappingRequires strong interpersonal skills, along with effective writing, speaking and presentation skillsMinimum of three years of industry field experienceEffective problem resolution skills and detail orientedPossess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirementsReading and interpreting construction plansKnowledge of applicable local, state and federal codes requiredKnowledge of Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, CCTV, and Access ControlProficient in MS Office along with some Networking experienceSalary Range : $23-$37 / hr
