FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Partner with our internal HR lead and benefits broker to prepare for Open Enrollment, including drafting employee communications
- Liaise with the ADP support team to troubleshoot issues related to payroll, benefits, and system configurations
- Assist in managing carrier feeds and benefits-related vendor coordination
- Support broader HR functions including recruiting, ATS usage, and general employee support
- Be available to jump in wherever needed across our HR team, which handles everything from payroll to employee relations
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating HR systems and acting as a point of contact with vendors and external partners
- Previous experience working on a lean or collaborative HR team
- Familiarity with talent management or employee relations a plus
Salary Range: $25/hr
