Immediate opening for a Field Service Engineer with a biotech company in Springfield, MA who possesses : -Experience with Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering -Experience with MR- Linac machines -Expertise in micro computers and troubleshooting or debugging Email resumes to kbrace@ FULL DESCRIPTION : The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Service, Repair, and Installation : Work on hardware, software, PCs, and networking. -Technical Support : Provide on-site and remote support to customers. -Customer Contact : Serve as the primary contact for technical issues. -Diagnose Failures : Use established procedures to identify system issues. -Cost-Effective Repairs : Minimize downtime with efficient solutions. -Report Generation : Analyze product failure trends and service issues.
