Immediate opening for an Ocean Import Customer Service Representative in Compton, CA who possesses:
- 2 Years in Customer Service or Logistics or Ocean Import
- Freight Forwarding/3PL/Per Diem/Pier Availability/LCL
- Familiar with Ocean Shipping Terms and Documents & NVOCC process is a plus
- Outlook - Proficient in Computers

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Auditing files for accuracy,
- Paying SSL's and warehouses,
- Checking up on ISF, AMS filing, FCL Experience
- Invoicing customers,
- Reconciling agent revenue documents to make sure they match our agent agreement
- General customer service - track and trace, invoicing, problem resolution etc.
Salary Range: $20-$21/hr
