- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.-Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and purchasing patterns of : -Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, laboratory managers, and procurement officers at universities.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and facility tours to showcase the benefits and features of our laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Address inquiries, provide technical support, and offer solutions to meet the specific requirements of each : -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the needs of university clients.-Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company : -Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and the competitive landscape related to laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
