FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Cultivate long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, providing consultative solutions, and proactively addressing challenges.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by leading regular business reviews, contract discussions, and performance assessments.
- Work collaboratively across departments (sales, engineering, supply chain, production) to anticipate challenges and develop solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth execution of new product introductions (NPI), production ramp-ups, and engineering changes.
- Own the entire customer order lifecycle, from RFQs to production scheduling, risk mitigation, and final delivery.
- Provide real-time status updates, leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- 5 years of program management experience in electronics contract manufacturing or a related high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to navigate complex customer relationships and drive consultative business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for process optimization and strategic executions
Salary Range: $100k-$110k/yr
