Immediate opening for a Sr. / Principal RF Design Engineer in Los Angeles, CA who possesses : , harmonics, spurious, and stability issues-Strong knowledge of RF board layout, fabrication, and packaging-Proficient with RF simulation tools - AWR Microwave Office, Altium, or related Email resumes to aaron@ and call 858.427.3368 FULL DESCRIPTION : The selected candidate will be responsible for : -The successful individual in this role will actively participate in all aspects of the design process to develop the RF subsystem for a company product line-Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion-Antenna to baseband RF subsystem design using discrete circuitry or highly integrated RFICs-Discrete design includes PLL, LNA, Mixers, PA etc-Implementing or supervising schematic capture and PCB layout-RF performance characterization, tuning, and troubleshooting-Overall system design to ensure good EMI performance-Ensure circuit board design and overall radio product can pass emission and immunity regulations-Troubleshoot RF-related production yield problems-Improve design for manufacturability-Rare local travel The selected candidate will also possess : -Bachelors of Science (or higher) in Electrical Engineering-Minimum 5 years of multi-GHz RF hardware development experience-Hands-on experience with solving EMI, harmonics, spurious, and stability issues-Good working knowledge of RF board layout, fabrication, and packaging-Strong familiarity with using RF simulation tools (i.e AWR Microwave Office, Altium)-Stricter (needed for some Engineering or R&D roles) will be included in the Required Qualifications section of the posted position Salary Range : $130k-$220k / yr For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to aaron@ and call 858.427.3368 More information can be found at
