TalEx is partnering with a media services organization to identify an Executive Assistant for a contract role in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a 1 year ( ) contract.

This person will provide administrative support to two Executives, including but not limited to :
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Travel arrangements
- Filing expenses
- Other administrative duties
They should be proficient with the Google Suite and be familiar with Concur and Oracle. Prior work in Corporate Development, M&A, and Partnership teams is a plus.
