We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory tracking, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the warehouse management system.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- Support the warehouse team in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
