Talias Furniture is a leading provider of high-quality home furnishings, committed to exceptional customer service and timely order fulfillment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Order Selector to join our warehouse team and ensure efficient order processing and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders based on order sheets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Label, pack, and stage items for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow company safety and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred.
- Ability to lift up to [weight limit] and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferred).
