We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to store policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in merchandising, including product placement, displays, and promotional activities.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Support in training and developing store staff.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, and cash management.
- Collaborate with the Store Management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance.
