Talint is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our client, a method-driven, full-service branding, design, and marketing agency focused on associations and non-profits. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of multi-channel marketing experience providing traditional marketing and email marketing/automation. This role is in-person in Alexandria, VA.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar;
- 3 years of marketing experience;
- 1 year of email marketing experience;
- Experience as a copywriter is preferred;
- Experience working with non-profits and associations preferred;
- Passion and excitement for marketing and helping their clients to achieve their goals;
- Tenacity, “can do” attitude, and ability to solve problems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing communications and collaborate with copywriters to craft content and storytelling aligned with brand guidelines and creative briefs;
- Implement marketing strategies in partnership with colleagues, partners, and client teams;
- Utilize industry-standard tools for marketing automation, digital engagement, and email communication to ensure campaign success and achievement of defined metrics;
- Lead clients and internal teams in the execution of marketing strategies across products, programs, and initiatives to advance client goals
- Analyze client brand collateral, conduct audits, and evaluate trends to identify opportunities for brand marketing improvements.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
