This firm offers f lexible work arrangements : Fully remote or hybrid options to suit your lifestyle; m anageable Billable Hours with flexible structure that averages between 1,400 – 1,800 hours; Competitive Compensation : Strong base salary plus a percentage-based production bonus : Including 401K matching, Health, Dental, and Vision.
Highlighted Duties :
- Provide expert consultation on loan document review, enforcement, and collections.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents.
- Navigate complex real estate finance transactions with a meticulous approach to legal, regulatory, tax, and financial aspects.
- Stay ahead of evolving real estate and lending regulations to provide clients with informed, strategic advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize transaction structures.
- Occasionally assist with additional legal matters from the firm’s diverse client base.
