HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
- Manage and coordinate IT systems for 2 sites
- Manage IT Help Desk to ensure end-user needs are met
- Maintain multiple programs
- Create various reports
- Set up new programs
- Assess costs by analyzing IT infrastructure and systems performance
- Monitor, identify and correct errors in systems
- Communicate and coordinate with multiple vendors and management to ensure all hardware and software needs are met
