Position will lead the Quality Team for Talis Group’s client, a fast growing multi-national privately held company with a strong commitment to quality and their customers. This company offers very low cost benefits (health, life, dental, vision, disability), car lease and gas card. Salary range: $80-$90k
Highlighted Duties:
- Develop and implement an overall strategy and plan for the Quality Department to exceed customer expectations.
- Champion quality programs that drive excellence and innovation in injection molding and assembly processes.
- Oversee IATF paperwork and ensure standards and processes are in place, including internal audits
- Assess and develop ongoing training programs to enhance the skill levels of the quality department.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to address nonconforming product issues and develop effective countermeasures.
- Collaborate with Plant Manager to ensure quality products and customer specifications are achieved.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Automotive quality role
- Experience with IATF requirements
- 1 years of Supervisor / Leadership experience
