This role is perfect for a proactive, numbers-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cost accounting, financial strategy, and process improvement. As a key business partner, you'll work closely with the leadership team, providing financial insights that shape decisions and fuel growth.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close
• Lead financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Drive cost accounting processes to improve profitability
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain financial reporting systems
• Support annual audits and develop policies & procedures
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements
