The company is growing and hiring a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Midwest U.S. region into the manufacturing industry.
This remote position comes with full benefit package, $80k base with total potential compensation $120-$150k (base plus commission)
Prefer candidate live in IL or Wisconsin (will consider other locations within the region)
Territory will cover : IL, IN, WI, MN, ND, SD, NE KS
As the Sales Manager for the Mid West region , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in flexible packaging. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, capital equipment experience in manufacturing industries, and a passion for delivering top-notch testing solutions.
HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the East Coast region.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
