REMOTE : MUST live within the Midwest region. Chicago area, WI preferred

Their cutting-edge technology and brands empower businesses to deliver exceptional products to the market.  The company is growing and hiring a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Midwest U.S. region into the manufacturing industry.

This remote position comes with full benefit package, $80k base with total potential compensation  $120-$150k (base plus commission)

Prefer candidate live in IL or Wisconsin (will consider other locations within the region)

Territory will cover : IL, IN, WI, MN, ND, SD, NE KS

As the Sales Manager for the Mid West region , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in flexible packaging. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, capital equipment experience in manufacturing industries, and a passion for delivering top-notch testing solutions.

HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the East Coast region.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.

HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in direct sales with a minimum of 3 years of regional sales experience in B2B
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business or commensurate experience
  • Capital equipment sales experience a plus
  • Experience in the recruitment of new sales partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Significant travel required throughout the Midwest Region
  • Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience using Sales force and MS Office programs.
