What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Personal Injury Attorney position at Talis Group?
Talis Group's client is a mid-sized multi-state law firm that has been highly successful due to their passion for helping injured people. This award-winning firm is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with trial experience to work REMOTELY with Kentucky cases (Must be licensed in Kentucky). This position will lead litigation for multiple cases across the State and will have support staff reporting to the role. This firm is looking for someone that shares their passion in helping people and is not concerned about taking a case to trial. The firms offers full benefit package (health, life, vision, dental, 401k, etc.) base salary plus uncapped commission structure with unlimited compensation potential.
Highlighted Duties :
- Lead litigation for personal injury cases across Indiana.
- Manage day-to-day tasks for car and trucking injury litigation cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, demand letters, discovery etc.
- Work closely with clients updating them on status of cases and the process
- Prepare for and attend motions, depositions, trials, etc
- Travel to Louisville for trial preparation if required.
- Participate in mock trials to prepare for actual court proceedings.
