Air Quality Engineer – Texas
Our client is seeking an Air Quality Engineer, where you'll work closely with clients, project managers, and internal staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and beyond expectations. Your contributions will drive the firm’s success through technical expertise, client collaboration, and regulatory guidance.
Key Requirements;-
Technical Expertise:
- Lead complex air permitting and compliance projects as the technical expert.
- Prepare detailed air emissions calculations for permit applications.
- Conduct regulatory reviews and provide tailored compliance guidance.
Mentorship and Leadership:
- Mentor and train junior staff to build a high-performing team.
- Perform thorough technical reviews for peers and junior team members.
Client Advocacy and Collaboration:
- Act as a client advocate when engaging with regulatory agencies.
- Guide clients in navigating regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance.
Relationship Building:
- Develop strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and collaborators through outstanding project work.
- Work closely with team members to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background:
- BS degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 years of direct experience in environmental regulatory compliance, with a focus on air permitting.
Skills:
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
